Incredibly rare and unique display item from Chrome Hearts. Exaggerated Chrome Hearts scroll plate, originally given to eyewear vendors as a display item. These are very hard to come by, as they are not available to retail consumers. Item is in very gently used condition, with a couple of slight marks and imperfections on the edges.
